Are you passionate about landscape restoration, and working directly with farming communities?

YALTA Initiative is looking for a dedicated Field Officer to support the implementation of our project: "Restoring Biodiversity and Building Resilient Livelihoods for Food Security in Rusizi District."

📍 Location: Mururu, Rusizi District

Key Qualifications:
1.  Experience facilitating Farmer Field Schools (FFS)
2.  Hands-on skills in nursery production and management
3.  Background in Forestry, Agriculture, or a related field
4.  Experience in land restoration or community-based projects is an added advantage

What you'll do:
• Field implementation & technical support
• Mobilize and train farmers through FFS
• Community engagement & livelihood support
• Monitoring, data collection & reporting
• Logistics & coordination support
