I am passionate about agribusiness, youth entrepreneurship, and community development, with practical experience supporting farmers, cooperatives, and youth-led businesses. I want to pursue mentoring because I believe that practical guidance, encouragement, and access to the right knowledge can help young entrepreneurs turn ideas into sustainable and profitable businesses. Through my experience in agribusiness training, farmer support, digital trade, financial literacy, market access, and community engagement, I have developed strong skills in coaching, communication, problem-solving, and business support. I am particularly interested in mentoring youth-led MSMEs to strengthen their business management, financial planning, marketing, customer relations, and investment readiness. I am motivated to share my experience, learn from young entrepreneurs, and contribute to creating resilient businesses, employment opportunities, and stronger local economies across Rwanda.
