About

I was born and raised from poor family in a village without water, electricity, roads etc in Kamonyi district Southern province. But besides that i managed to attend the school and now i am in the university of Rwanda with the best marks.Due to those circumstances i gainened alot of experinced that can help me to inspire others. Firstly, I am drawn to the opportunity to foster growth. Mentoring is not simply about imparting knowledge; it's about empowering individuals to discover their own potential. I am passionate about helping others develop their skills, build confidence, and navigate challenges. Seeing a mentee achieve their goals, knowing I played a small part in their success, is incredibly rewarding. Secondly, I value the reciprocal nature of mentorship. While I aim to share my insights, I also recognize the immense learning opportunity it presents for me. Engaging with diverse perspectives and fresh ideas keeps me sharp and informed. I believe that mentorship is a two-way street, where both mentor and mentee benefit from the exchange. In essence, I am interested in becoming a mentor at Yalta Company because I believe in the power of guidance, the value of continuous learning, and the importance of contributing to a supportive and growth-oriented environment. I am confident that my skills and enthusiasm would make me a valuable asset to the mentoring program.
